We are currently manufacturing approx. 3 vessel blocks per year for our Dutch partner and are requiring/sourcing the following technological products: 1) Automated welding robot plants - Welding Robots for works on vertical welding joints. Our plants details to be followed below. 2) Engine/Motor for building vessels 3) Navigation systems for shipbuilding application The main activities of the shipyard Shipbuilding - construction of a cargo fleet, large-capacity barges, pusher tugs, oil tankers of mixed river-sea navigation, under the supervision of river and sea registers. Repairment - ship repair work with the inspection of hulls, devices, systems, fittings. The volume of processing of hull production is up to 4000 tons. The ability to place ships on the slipway allows you to simultaneously place 4 vessels up to 140 meters long. Product List: The production capabilities of our company allow us to build ships from the cargo transport fleet to small boats for various purposes. The production base of the enterprise is formed by the following main and auxiliary sections and workshops: Hull production Hull-welding workshop (metal billet, manufacture of hull sections) with an area of more than 3840 m2. The workshop is equipped with two cranes with a lifting capacity of 5 tons and two overhead cranes with a lifting capacity of 20 tons and 5 tons. On the line of primary metal processing, shot blasting of sheet metal and its coloring with soil takes place. A slipway workshop with longitudinal and transverse movements of ships with an area of 15,463 m2. The capacity of the workshop allows the simultaneous production of 2 vessels 140 m long and 16.5 m wide. A transverse slipway consisting of 12 launching trolleys with a total carrying capacity of 2,400 tons, which allows launching vessels up to 140 m long and 16.5 m wide and lifting ships weighing 1,800 tons up to 140 m long and 16.5 m wide. Assembly and mechanical workshop metalworking works are carried out in the workshop Outbuilding the site carries out work on processing and painting Outfitting berth length 92 m, equipped with a slip crane with lifting capacity of 5 t and 8 t. It is used for the sludge of ships during completion and mooring tests Cargo berth 70 m long. Used for sludge.
